If you wish to cancel your order which is placed on dmakenergia.com , please write to us at sales.ip@dmakgroup.com and our Order Fulfillment Team will help you cancel the order.

If you have paid through credit /debit card, and requested for canceling the order the amount should reflect in your account in 10 to 15 (business) days. In case you do not receive the refund within 15 (business) days, please contact your bank's customer care.
